  8. MC is not an everyman any more. He killed a man, who was already down, in order to preserve the secret of his OP talking (yandere?) cat.

    Still, if the novel has lines like [Did you think that Goshujinsama entered the dungeon alone?], I think we have to let a few things slide.

    2. He gave them fair warning. “Don’t try and kill others if you are not willing to be killed” is a policy that seems to be not uncommon among Japanese. If you don’t have the resolve to be die, don’t go around trying to kill others. It is a reasonable policy and normally is held by the reactionary MCs, the ones that are happy to leave you alone as long as you don’t attack them but will kill you if you go after them.

      1. I’ll agree that MC is exhibiting the kind of morals that work in the context of many novels. Less commonly, in movies, too. It’s part of the suspension of disbelief; you have to gloss over it and read on. I’m probably not going to identify with this MC any more, but I’m still interested in what he and his kitty are going to do.

    1. Hmm i guess I will remove all the unnecessary T.L and E.D comments from next chapter onwards.

      I will still keep those essential comments as it is necessary for understanding of the sentence.

  14. Daradarasuru… That’s one of those where the vocabulary requires a high level… And sadly mine isn’t at it… It’s basically like dillydallying, just staying at the current without advancing… Sorry (it isn’t too needed for context, just flavor)

    1. Ohh i think dillydallying might be a good word to use here. Was also thinking of idling.
